At Bhaada – Move Cargo Easily, a part of Nexafusion Technology Private Limited Registered at  2025 Flat no. 301, 8/110,Shri Bihari Ji Dham, Arya Nagar, Kanpur-2O8OO2, we strive to provide seamless and efficient logistics services. We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and we have designed a transparent refund policy to address such concerns.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
a. Service Cancellation by Customer
Before vehicle allocation: Full refund will be processed.
After vehicle allocation but before pickup: A cancellation fee As per the vehicle category choosen may be deducted.
After pickup of goods: No refund is applicable.
b. Service Failure by Bhaada
If the assigned vehicle does not arrive within the scheduled time, the customer may request a full refund.
In case of non-fulfillment of the service due to operational failures from our end, a full refund will be provided.
c. Double Payment or Incorrect Charges
If a customer is charged twice for the same booking, the excess amount will be refunded.
In case of incorrect fare deduction, the disputed amount will be refunded upon verification.
d. Damage or Loss of Goods

When claiming refund against damage, the Consignor/Customer must verify their identity as the original Consignor/Customer of the goods. Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily may ask for relevant information to validate the identity of the claimant in this case. In case the identity of the claimant cannot be validated by Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily, the refund request will not be processed.
For ‘Goods Transport by two-wheeler delivery’, Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily shall be liable for any loss or damage to the goods directly attributable to Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily or its agents to the extent of the freight amount paid provided the amount so calculated shall not exceed the value of the goods OR INR 1,500 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred), whichever is lower.
For ‘Goods Transport by truck delivery’, Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily shall be liable for any loss or damage to the goods directly attributable to Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily or its agents to the extent of the freight amount paid provided the amount so calculated shall not exceed the value of the goods OR INR 4,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand), whichever is lower.
For the ‘Packers and Movers model’, Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily shall be liable for any loss, theft or damage directly attributable to Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily or its agents of (i) goods which have been packed in a single layer packaging to the extent of INR 2000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred) or the value of the goods, whichever is lower; and (ii) goods which have been packed in multi-layer packaging, to the extent of INR 4000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand) or the value of the goods, whichever is lower.
The Consignor/Customer hereby undertake and agree that, should they so desire, they shall opt for additional coverage to secure the goods from point of origin to point of final destination at their own cost; provided, for any goods above the value of INR 1,500 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred in case of two-wheeler delivery and INR 4,000 (Rupees Five Thousand) for three and four wheeler delivery, the Consignor/Customer will necessarily obtain insurance coverage from point of origin to point of final destination at their own cost.
No commitment is made for time bound completion of service. Any time of arrival/delivery provided at booking is an estimate only and, there may be occasional delays for reason outside Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily’s control. Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily shall not be liable for any loss arising from such delays.
The Customer shall specify the accurate details of the goods at the time of booking, including nature of goods, quantity, volume, specifications etc.
Reverse liability: In the event of mis-declaration of the goods (including without limitation where the goods are already damaged or damage other goods while under carriage or are illegal goods/ consignment) the Consignor/Customer shall be liable for any damages related to such mis declared goods including consequential and third party damages.
Void liability: In the event of mis-declaration of the goods, Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily shall not be liable for any claims on compensation or the logistics-related costs or charges or the declared value of goods nor statutory or legal responsibilities of such goods.
Under no circumstances will Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily or any of its director, officer, employee, agent or contractor be liable to the Consignor/Customer or consignee for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary losses or damages, mis-delivery, or non-delivery of consignment for any reason whatsoever. More particularly, Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily shall not be liable for any loss of income, profits, interests or other consequential losses.
Refund Period: All eligible refunds shall be processed within 7 – 10 working days from the day the claim has been accepted by Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily upon submission of complete documents pertaining to the dispute by the Consignor/Customer, except where such refund cannot be processed due to reasons not attributable to Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily.
Where the Consignor/Customer is registered under the GST regulations, the same should be intimated to Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily through the Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily App. Further, any change in status of GSTIN shall also be intimated to Bhaada-Move Cargo Easily prior to initiation of the service.
3. Refund Process
Customers must raise a refund request within 7 days of the service date.
Requests should be submitted via our customer support email [insert email] or helpline [insert phone number]with relevant booking details.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification and will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Customer-initiated delays or cancellations post pickup.
Incorrect delivery due to customer-provided wrong address.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, unforeseen legal restrictions, etc.).

This allows us to provide clear transparency between Driver and Customer. We will only use the background location in the “bhaada-move cargo easily” driver app only when the Driver is in an active booking. We take our user’s privacy very seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. We do not share any personal information including background location information with any third-parties.

Use of Information: We use your personal information to process your bookings, provide our services, and communicate with you about your bookings and our services. 1. Introduction
Bhaada Move Cargo Easily (operated by Nexafusion Technology Private Limited) is engaged in the business of transportation of goods by road and other means. These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Bhaada Move Cargo Easily and shall be binding on all customers availing these services.

2. General Terms and Conditions
2.1. By using Bhaada Move Cargo Easily services, the Consignor/Sender/Customer agrees to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue using the services. Each time you use Bhaada Move Cargo Easily, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
2.2. Services offered by Bhaada Move Cargo Easily include:

2.3. Specific terms for each service shall apply in addition to these general terms.
2.4. The Customer warrants that they either own or have legal authority over the goods being transported and agree to indemnify Bhaada Move Cargo Easily against any claims arising from unauthorized dealings with the consignment.
2.5. Bhaada Move Cargo Easily reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Continued use of the services post amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
3.1. These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days shall be referred to mediation under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Procedure (Mediation) Rules, before the Uttar Pradesh Mediation Centre, Lucknow.

4. Claims and Liability
4.1. Claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of receipt with supporting photographs and details emailed to the designated support addresses.
4.2. Compensation for damaged or lost goods shall be limited as follows:
Two-wheeler deliveries: Maximum of INR 1,000 or value of goods, whichever is lower.
Truck deliveries: Maximum of INR 4,000 or value of goods, whichever is lower.
Packers & Movers: INR 2000 for single-layer packaging; INR 4,000 for multi-layer packaging.
4.3. Customers may opt for additional insurance coverage at their own cost for higher-value goods.

5. Delivery & Cancellation Policies
5.1. Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Bhaada Move Cargo Easily is not liable for any losses arising from delays.
5.2. Customers must provide accurate information about their goods, including nature, quantity, and specifications.
5.3. Cancellation after driver allocation may incur cancellation fees as per company policy.

6. Restricted & Prohibited Items
6.1. Customers must not transport the following items:
Illegal substances, narcotics, contraband
Hazardous materials, explosives, flammable substances
Perishable food items, livestock, or human remains
Valuables such as gold, silver, precious stones
Fragile or sensitive documents (passports, bank cheques, etc.)
6.2. If restricted items are found in consignments, Bhaada Move Cargo Easily reserves the right to report to law enforcement
6.3 If government officials discover illegal or undocumented items in the consignments, the Consignor/Sender/Customer will be held accountable.

7. Payment & Refunds
7.1. Payment must be made as per the mode chosen during booking. Cash on Delivery must be paid in full at the time of completion.
7.2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

8. Miscellaneous
8.1. Bhaada Move Cargo Easily may suspend or block access to services if the customer is found violating these terms.
8.2. In case of disputes over e-way bills or statutory requirements, the customer shall be solely responsible for compliance.
8.3. Bhaada Move Cargo Easily has a lien over goods in case of outstanding dues.
